A small, focused team - with a specific point of view.
Enhance Workflow is three consultants with backgrounds in workflow architecture, agentic AI, and usability. Every engagement is handled directly - no account managers, no junior handoffs.
We simplify intake, routing, and follow-up.
We look at the full workflow: what gets submitted, where it needs to go, who needs to see it, and what should happen next. Then we use the right mix of forms, integrations, automation, and AI to make that process easier to run.
The goal is not to add more technology. It is to remove manual work, reduce missed handoffs, and give the team a cleaner system to operate.
Our approach
Understand where requests enter the business
Find the delays, handoffs, and manual steps
Design the workflow before choosing tools
Build forms, integrations, and automations together
Refine the system once real people use it
How we think about workflow automation.
Practical over theoretical
We build what works, not what sounds impressive. Every recommendation comes with a clear implementation path.
Systems thinking
Good forms are part of a connected system. We design with the downstream workflow in mind from day one.
Clean architecture
Workflows built on solid foundations are easier to maintain, extend, and hand off to your team.
Speed to value
We prioritize high-impact changes first so you see real improvements before the engagement is over.
The people behind the work.
Enhance Workflow is a small, focused practice. Every engagement is handled by a named consultant - not delegated to junior staff.

Stephen Kidwell
Solutions Architect, Integrations
Stephen has spent 18+ years designing and delivering commerce and workflow systems for B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries. His background spans technical architecture, requirements design, and hands-on development - with deep experience building the integrations and automations that keep business operations running without constant manual intervention. At Enhance Workflow, he leads engagement architecture and handles the more complex integration work involving CRMs, APIs, and custom automation.

Patrick Kidwell
Solutions Architect, Agentic AI
Patrick focuses on the AI and automation layer - where large language models, multi-agent systems, and production tooling intersect with real business workflows. He has built end-to-end agentic pipelines, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and AI-powered reporting systems for clients ranging from small businesses to mid-market operators. At Enhance Workflow, he leads the AI integration work: designing systems that use Claude, GPT, and other models where they genuinely reduce manual effort, without overpromising what automation can do.

Mike Woodcock
Usability & Customer Journey Consultant
Mike approaches every workflow engagement from the perspective of the people who actually use it. His background is in usability, persona development, and customer journey mapping - understanding how different users move through a process, where they get confused or drop off, and what needs to change to make the experience work for them. At Enhance Workflow, he ensures the systems we build aren't just technically sound but designed around how real users think, what they expect, and where they need guidance.
Tools and systems we work with.
We are tool-agnostic in the useful sense: we choose the setup that fits the workflow. That often means a mix of form platforms, automation tools, CRM integrations, APIs, and practical AI.
